Under standard Five-Rats derivation, a Jia day produces Ji-Si at Si hour, exposing Ji Direct Wealth, and Geng-Wu at Wu hour, where Wu stores Ji Direct Wealth. The passage asks that the hour avoid clash, punishment, break and Rob-Wealth damage. Visibility, hidden support, season, Day-Master capacity and competition still determine whether the Wealth is usable. The Jia-day example reaches Direct Wealth through two different hour mechanisms
The source says a Jia day sees a Si or Wu hour. Standard hour derivation makes the Si hour Ji-Si, with Ji Direct Wealth exposed on the hour stem and Wu Indirect Wealth inside Si. The following Wu hour is Geng-Wu, with Ji Direct Wealth stored inside Wu rather than exposed.
Those two cases show why the full hour pillar and hidden stems matter. They also confirm that Ma is a Wealth expression in this section, not the Travelling Horse star. A chart can have one, both or neither concept, and the search vocabulary must not combine them.
