Overview

Pure and Stern Tribunal is the English name for 清肅憲臺. The source says a Si–You–Chou person receives the Yi character throughout, then gives the proper-form example Yi-Chou, Yi-You Month, Yi-Si Day and Yi-You Hour. Its explanation treats Si–You–Chou as Metal’s proper positions and requires the structure to be visible above and below. A separate clause says a Travelling Horse in Fetus or Month was traditionally associated with censorial office. The short passage does not supply a full table for other stems, positions or missing Fetus data. OpenFate does not detect this formation.

Begin with the complete recorded pillars, not a loose Metal trine

The passage names a Si–You–Chou frame and says each position receives Yi. Its concrete proper-form example is Yi-Chou, Yi-You Month, Yi-Si Day and Yi-You Hour, with Yi repeated across the visible pillars.

A complete source record therefore preserves every stem, branch and position. One Yi stem, any Si–You–Chou combination, or a generic strong-Metal chart cannot substitute for the narrow example.

  • Display the complete four pillars and their positions.
  • Do not reduce the example to Metal strength or three branches.

Keep the Fetus–Month Horse clause separate from the proper form

The text adds that seeing a Travelling Horse in Fetus or Month was associated with a particular historical office. It does not define the Fetus calculation, the Horse table, missing-position policy or how that clause interacts with the four-pillar example.

The clause can be documented as a source statement only. It cannot be used to generate a Fetus position, move a Horse marker or rank one candidate above another.

  • Label Fetus and Month as source-specific positions.
  • Do not infer missing Fetus data or an office grade.

OpenFate does not turn repeated Yi into a legal-authority score

OpenFate may display actual Yi stems, Si–You–Chou branches and implemented Travelling Horse markers. Each remains a separate, traceable chart fact.

There is no Pure and Stern Tribunal detector. The product does not add Fetus evidence, extrapolate other stems, assign authority points or change reports and saved charts.

  • Use only calculated pillars and implemented markers.
  • No synthetic Fetus, authority score or report override.

A censorate title does not predict a legal career

The source connects the form with censorial and supervisory office. That is Ming-period institutional language, not evidence of legal ability, employment or moral character.

Do not infer a legal career, government office, authority, discipline, morality, promotion, income, wealth, conflict, criminality, health, safety or lifespan.

  • No legal, government, authority or promotion guarantee.
  • No morality, criminality, health, safety or lifespan prediction.
