Hour Direct Officer names a location, not a complete destiny result
時上正官 applies when the Day Master’s Direct Officer is effectively present in the hour pillar. The cited examples pair a Day Stem with its Officer in the hour stem or supported hour branch, then evaluate the rest of the chart rather than treating the position as self-sufficient.
The hour placement is not the month command and therefore carries a different structural weight. Exposure, hidden stems, roots, seasonal support, Day Master strength, and the primary pattern must all remain visible.
